Adam's (Alec Baldwin) finger eye-piece made for the production of Tim Burton's 1988 dark comedy, Beetlejuice. In the film, a recently deceased couple enlist a demonic entity in helping them get rid of the new owners of their house. This finger piece was made as a concept piece for part of the effect that turned Adam into a beak-faced creature with his eyes at the end of his fingers.
The eye stalk is made from resin that has been painted a gruesome red, and includes a resin piece, painted in a flesh tone, and likely meant to be a portion of finger. The eyeball itself is made from white resin with a clear top layer, underneath which is a very realistic looking hazel iris.
The piece shows some signs of wear from age, but it remains in very good overall condition.
