A set of 32 set blueprints from the production of Tim Burton's Beetlejuice. In the film, the Deetz family moved into the home of Adam (Alec Baldwin) and Barbara Maitland (Geena Davis), whose ghosts continued to haunt the home after a recent car accident. Over the course of the film, the house became increasingly warped both by Delia Deetz's (Catherine O'Hara) peculiar interior decoration and the havoc wreaked by Beetlejuice (Michael Keaton).
The film's highly recognizable production design was by four-time Academy Award® nominee and Burton regular Bo Welch.
These 32 original production blueprints are predominantly of the Maitland house, where the majority of the film took place. The blueprints feature the building dimensions and a key in the bottom right, with a date and artist name. Many of the pages exhibit some wear, including discolouration, tearing, and rips.
