A beaver puppet prescription note from Jodi Foster's 2011 drama, The Beaver. In the film, a troubled father named Walter (Mel Gibson) learns to overcome his depression and alcoholism by communicating through a beaver puppet.

Notes of this style were issued to the employees working under Walter as a means of introducing the staff to the new work conditions. Printed on thick blue paper, this note announces that Walter would be using the puppet to help create a psychological distance between himself and the negative aspects of his life. This note shows minor wear due to production use, however it remains in overall good condition.
