A set of four Department of Defense forms with one John Nash (Russell Crowe) signed form from Ron Howard's A Beautiful Mind. William Parcher (Ed Harris) had John Nash sign a disclosure agreement after recruiting him in a secret assignment to investigate various media for hidden patterns against a Soviet plot.

This lot consists of three beige printed Security Clearance Disclosure Forms on Department of Defense letterhead with one form signed by John Nash in black ink; and one white printed Security Clearance Disclosure Form on Department of Defense letterhead. This lot exhibits slight wrinkling. Dimensions: (each) 8.5" x 11" (21.75 cm x 28 cm)
