An original handbill promoting The Beatles' performance at the "Swinging Lunch Time Rock Sessions" at the Liverpool Jazz Society in 1961. This handbill originally came from the collection of Bob Wooler, an MC and DJ at the infamous Cavern Club. Wooler introduced The Beatles to their manager, Brian Epstein. Printed on a small piece of cream-coloured paper, the flyer features the date of the performance, "March 15th", and the names of the support bands Gerry and the Pacemakers and Rory Storm and the Wild Ones. Dimensions: 18.5 cm x 13.5 cm (7.25" x 5.25")
