A framed Big New Beat magazine cover autographed by all four members of The Beatles. Published in 1963, Big New Beat was a special edition covering "the Northern raves", which was published by Boyfriend magazine. The issue featured several photographs of the Fab Four taken at a London bomb site by Fiona Adams. The famous image of the band jumping, which appeared on the cover of the Twist and Shout EP, came from the same shoot.

The autographs were obtained in England during 1963. The magazine cover is signed in black ballpoint pen by Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr, and in green ink by John Lennon. Harrison has also inscribed "To Doreen". The cover comes presented in a black frame mounted under glass. It exhibits minor tears and discolouration due to age. The black ink has faded slightly over time, and the frame has signs of wear.

The lot is accompanied by a letter of authenticity from pop and rock memorabilia expert Perry Cox, an additional handwritten letter from a previous owner, which details its history and a Roger Epperson Authentication Ltd. certificate of authenticity.
