"Now comes the part where I relieve you, the little people, of the burden of your failed and useless lives. But, as my plastic surgeon always said: if you gotta go, go with a smile."
A third draft script from the production of Tim Burton's 1989 superhero movie Batman.
The Dark Knight (Michael Keaton) of Gotham City begins his war on crime with his first major enemy being the clownishly homicidal Joker (Jack Nicholson).
The script was written by Sam Hamm and is dated 'February 29, 1988'. It is 114-pages long, including a title page and back page. It is bound between a card cover with a plastic fastener. It does not feature any highlighting or annotations.
The script has some wear from age and production use, including staining and marking on the cover and some of the pages, but considering its age it remains in a very good condition.
Materials: Card, Paper, Plastic.
