A Mr. Freeze (Arnold Schwarzeneeger) Display Bust from Joel Schumacher’s 1996 comic blockbuster, Batman & Robin. In the film, Victor Freeze terrorizes Gotham City in hopes of curing his wife of a deadly disease. This bust was made for display purposes and feature’s the actor’s likeness case in hollow fiberglass. The piece has been painted to match the makeup used on Schwarzenegger in the film, with speckled white, silver, and blue paint applied throughout. The eyes are plastic pieces that have been attached from the inside. A small inscription on the back of the bust reads “Metamorphosis, 1997” along with the artist’s name “Crist”, referring to Crist Ballas who owns Metamorphosis Make-Up Artistry and worked with Schwarzeneeger on this and other films. It is labeled inside for KNB Effects. This piece was not made or used by production but remains in great condition.
