This impressive Studio made production poster was created for the mayoral campaign of Oswald Cobblepot (Danny DeVito) the notorious Batman nemesis Penguin, in the Tim Burton sequel "Batman Returns" (1992). It depicts Cobblepot as a distinguished and respected Gotham City businessman who will bring an end to the corruption and crime plaguing the City, and act as a beacon of light in its bright future. The poster design is used throughout the film as a prop and set dressing.
