A set of seven blueprints from director Tim Burton's Batman Returns. Blueprints were created and used during production to map components of sets for building teams to construct. The production's nickname was "Dictel" and its art director was Bo Welch.

These blueprints include detailed renderings for the cemetery, its church structure, Gotham Plaza, and the Penguin's campaign headquarters. They are rendered on drafting paper in blue and black ink and exhibit small tears, creasing, and minor liquid droplets. Dimensions: 42" x 30" (106.68 cm x 76.2 cm)
