A Wayne Manor perron staircase model miniature from Tim Burton's Batman Returns. Bruce Wayne (Michael Keaton) brooded in his manor until the Bat Signal, bouncing from mirror to mirror on his estate, illuminated his study and summoned Batman's assistance. Model miniature set pieces such as this were integral to the film's visual effects, allowing filmmakers to create sequences otherwise impractical with full-size sets.

Constructed from plywood with plastic gate work, resin and foam statues and a fibreboard base, this model miniature set features a wall with attached staircase, a sloped ledge to flank the staircase, and two model miniature gargoyle statues. It exhibits adhesive residue, chipping, and fragility to some components that should be handled with caution, including the steps and statues. Dimensions: 107 cm x 25 cm x 51 cm (42" x 10" x 20")
