Catherine Tramell's (Sharon Stone) car registration with police files from Paul Verhoeven's Basic Instinct. After retired rock star Johnny Boz (Bill Cable) turned up dead, SFPD Detective Nick Curran (Michael Douglas) began to investigate Boz's girlfriend, crime novelist Catherine Tramell. Curran and the other officers went through incident reports and intra-department memoranda early on in the film. As an easter egg in the film, the names on the death certificates are for production assistant Nettie Heffner.
This lot originates from Planet Hollywood. It consists of a print car registration featuring Tramell's name (spelled "Trammel [sic]") and address, two print incident reports about Boz's murder, two print memoranda about Boz's murder, and two printed death certificates for Nettie Heffner.
