The License Plate from Doc Brown's Time Machine seen in Robert Zemeckis' 1989 sequel, Back to the Future Part II. In the film, Doc Brown (Christopher Lloyd) takes Marty McFly (Michael J. Fox) to the future in order to save his son, however they encounter unexpected consequences and accidentally alter the space time continuum, forcing the duo to right their wrongs in order to set the timeline back on track. This futuristic license plate comes from the scenes taking place in the year 2015, when Marty visits the future Hill Valley.
Made from plastic, this orange license plate displays a large barcode in the center using reflective stickers. Similarly, the letters and numbers pasted around the barcode are made from the same reflective material. This plate has four evenly spaced holes from where it was once bolted to the DeLorean. There are also remnants of tape on the back of the plate.
This prop shows minor wear to the surface due to production use and age with various scratches to the paint, however it remains in overall good used condition.
