A Grays Sports Almanac from Robert Zemeckis' Back to the Future: Part II. Purchased by Marty McFly (Michael J. Fox) from the Blast from the Past antique store while he explored Hill Valley in 2015, the Grays Sports Almanac became a central plot point when it was discovered by an elderly Biff Tannen (Thomas F. Wilson), who then decided to change the course of history by gifting it to his younger self in the past. Marty and Doc Brown (Christopher Lloyd) then had to return to 1955 to prevent this from occurring while simultaneously avoiding their previous past-selves.

Originating from a crew member who kept this in their collection since filming, this complete almanac consists of custom-made front and back covers and an interior cover page noting statistics between "1950 - 2000," all affixed to a separate real-world copy of an almanac. It also has numerous repeating pages of statistics and notably features the "19 to 17" UCLA football score referenced by Biff when he demonstrates the Almanac's accuracy. This almanac comes without a dust jacket. It exhibits a vertical crease in the center of the book, from where it had been frequently carried vertically in the film.
