A hero animatronic Facehugger puppet from Paul W.S. Anderson's sci-fi action film AVP: Alien vs. Predator. Facehuggers latched onto humans and Predators during the Predators' Antarctic xenomorph hunt.

This intricate foam latex puppet was created by Academy Award®-winning special effects group Amalgamated Dynamics, Inc. (ADI) for shots of the Facehuggers latching. It is hand-painted brown, green, and pink, and molded around an internal mechanical armature with servos extending from the rear to an electronic control box. The servos operate the legs when connected to electricity via a 5V power cable, though several cables were cut following production. The puppet exhibits splits in the foam, particularly around the joints. Dimensions: 16" x 16" x 17" (40.75 cm x 40.75 cm x 43.25 cm)
