Scar's (Ian Whyte) Predator bio-mask from Paul W.S. Anderson's AVP: Alien vs. Predator. Scar wore his Yautja bio-mask as he partook in the Predators' rite of passage in hunting an alien xenomorph in the Antarctic pyramid. Until he killed his first xenomorph, his mask did not bear the stylistic xenomorph symbol of having become a Blooded Yautja on the forehead. This rite for young and unblooded yautja was a new concept for the films, and is the first time we see adolescent predators, which aren't seen again until 2025's Predator: Badlands.

Created by Academy Award®-winning special effects group Amalgamated Dynamics, Inc. (ADI), the design of this mask is a direct callback to the original bio-mask sculpt from the first film. Made of fiberglass, it features resin laser sight detailing and an acrylic visor secured with filler. The helmet is painted to resemble hammered metal plate, with the visor given a sprayed grill-effect finish. The interior features fastening strips on the forehead and chin, cloth-covered magnets for snapping into place, and foam padding to prevent wear at contact points around the wearer's head. It exhibits faded color on the interior and scuffed paint on the exterior. Dimensions: 11.5" x 19" x 7.5" (29.25 cm x 48.25 cm x 19 cm)
