A clapperboard from the production of Joss Whedon's superhero sequel Avengers: Age of Ultron.

Used by the film's second camera crew unit during filming, the clapperboard consists of an acrylic slate with a wooden clapper fixed to the top. The slate features the working title "Afterparty" and the names of the 2nd unit director John Mahaffie and the 2nd unit director of photography John Gamble, all engraved in black. Outlined boxes divide the piece into fields titled scene, take, date and roll number, all of which contain remnants of handwritten details in black marker pen. There are signs of scuffing along the clapper arm and rear section of the board, with some scratches on the acrylic slate. Dimensions: 3.5 cm x 28 cm x 23.5 cm (1 1/4" x 11" x 9 1/4")
