A pair of Moussa's (Michael Kenneth Williams) red vials from Justin Kurzel’s 2016 video game adaptation Assassin’s Creed.
Callum Lynch (Michael Fassbender) is submitted to an experiment involving the Animus - a machine that has been developed to relive genetic memories - and discovers he is a descendant of the mysterious Assassins. Experiencing the adventures of his ancestor Aguilar de Nerha, he helps the Assassins take on the tyrannical Templars and search for the ‘Apple of Eden’.
Moussa spots these vials in Sofia’s (Marion Cotillard) laboratory and later wears these vials in a bandolier across his chest during the climactic scene where he fights Abstergo guards alongside Cal and the other inmates. They also appeared extensively in several deleted scenes.
The octagonal vial is made from opaque, red-coloured plastic and resembles a liquid-filled vessel. The ends are capped with mushroom-shaped resin ‘stoppers’ with intricate engraved detail.
Used as spares for stunt and pickup shots, the vials exhibit some minor wear and signs of production use but they are otherwise in overall good condition.
