Joseph Lynch’s (Brendan Gleeson) stunt smoke bomb from Justin Kurzel's 2016 video-game adaptation Assassin's Creed.

Callum Lynch (Michael Fassbender) is submitted to an experiment involving the Animus - a machine that has been developed to relive genetic memories - and discovers he is a descendant of the mysterious Assassins. Experiencing the adventures of his ancestor Aguilar de Nerha, he helps the Assassins take on the tyrannical Templars and search for the ‘Apple of Eden’.

A range of different smoke bombs were part of a display within the Abstergo facility. This style of smoke bomb also appeared in a deleted scene where Joseph gathered weapons to battle against the Abstergo security guards. The spherical smoke bomb is made from resin and has been finished in bronze-coloured paint with intricate cast-in leaf-inspired detailing around the outside.

The smoke bomb displays minor wear to the paint finish and no longer features the pin seen in the film. However, in spite of this wear the piece remains in very good condition.
