An Abstergo guard stunt large crossbow from the production of Justin Kurzel's adventure film Assassin's Creed.

Larger crossbows were carried by security guards and Lin (Michelle H. Lin) during the riot scenes as they attempt to stop the prisoners from escaping the facility. Stunt versions of the crossbows were intended for scenes that did not require a live firing weapon.

The crossbow is made from sturdy rubber and has been finished in black to blend in with the security guards' costumes. The weapon features ribbed cast in detailing on several parts including the stock, the sight bridge and on the scope. Two pieces of elastic have been tied to the curved arms at the front, acting as part of what would be the 'spring-loaded mechanism'.

The weapon displays minor scratches and damage to the paint finish from use, but remains in very good condition.

Materials: Rubber, Ferrous Metals.
