A USCSS Nostromo-style bridge panel from the production of Ridley Scott's Alien. The Nostromo was outfitted with various square-shaped control panels the crew utilized to fly the ship and communicate with the company.

Alien received significant critical acclaim and is often cited as one of the best films of 1979. It remains as a lasting cultural influence in the science fiction and horror genres. The film has won 19 awards, including two Academy Awards®, four Saturn Awards®, and one Hugo Award®.

This panel, which features configurations similar to those seen mounted on the sides of crew members' chairs on both the Nostromo and the Narcissus, was created for production but ultimately unseen in the final cut. It consists of a hollow wood box painted in various shades of gray with plastic buttons and lights for the interface on one side as well as a pair of metal bolts on the unfinished underside. One side features faded text in red ink, but has since become illegible due to wear on the ink. This lot exhibits chipped wood, discoloration, a buildup of grime, and notable paint marks on the interior. Dimensions: 14" x 8" x 10" (35.5 cm x 20.5 cm x 25.4 cm)
