A premium, laser-cut replica (scanned directly from an original) of an etching that H.R. Giger used as a stencil to make patterns in his paintings. Etchings like this were also cut and incorporated into the design as dressing for the space suits that Dallas (Tom Skerrit), Kane (John Hurt) and Lambert (Veronica Cartwright) wear when they investigate the potential distress signal. The etching is on brass, which is stamped with "61638", and features the iconic style that Giger became famous for.
