This group of 23 radio spot records consists of twenty-two 45 RPM records and one 10" 33-1/3 RPM record (for The Cowboys, 1972). Some of the highlights from the collection of 45 RPM records include: Alien (1979), The Bad News Bears (1976), Logan's Run (1976), The Towering Inferno (1974), Young Frankenstein (1974) and Zardoz (1974). All of the records are in their original paper sleeves.

Starting with the novel idea of setting a horror movie on a spaceship, Ridley Scott's second film, Alien, instigated one of cinema's most enduring franchises. With its fresh, blue-collar take on sci-fi, a steely female lead protagonist in Sigourney Weaver's Ripley, and a nightmarish creature designed by Swiss surrealist H.R. Giger, it is still regarded as one of the greatest sci-fi films ever made.
