Genie’s (Will Smith) chair back from Guy Ritchie’s 2019 live-action remake of Aladdin.

Aladdin (Mena Massoud) is a street urchin who discovers a magical lamp containing a genie who grants him three wishes.

This chair back was made for the production and would have been put onto a directors chair, as a place for the actors to relax and wait between shots. The chair back is black and features ‘Aladdin’ on one side and ‘Genie’ on the other in gold print. It features a stitched loop at each end which is where it would have been placed on the chair.

The piece has some wear from storage and production use, including several creases where it has been folded, but it remains in an otherwise excellent condition.
