A Pubert Addams (Kaitlyn and Kristen Hooper) stunt puppet from the 1993 comedy sequel, Addams Family Values. In the film, the Addams Family grows thanks to the arrival of baby Pubert and Uncle Fester's (Christopher Lloyd) budding romance with nanny/murderous psychopath, Debbie Jellinsky (Joan Cusack).
This doll was likely used as a stunt puppet in place of the infant actor during the various scenes in which Pubert is placed in danger. This doll comes dressed in a light tan baby onezie outfit with black trim, four buttons, and a black spider stitched onto the left chest. The face and head of the doll is made from foam latex, the hairline is painted black and includes black faux hair that has been hand-punched into the scalp. The eyebrows and mustache are glued on, and the eyes were hand painted with a dark blue color. The body is filled out with foam and is supported by a metal skeleton. The back of the doll includes additional support from a rigid plastic plate. Unlike the body which is made from foam latex, the hands are made from silicone.
The piece shows signs of wear from production use and age, this item features some wear, particularly to the hands. The right hand has been repaired around the wrist and is missing its index finger which has a wire poking out, while the left hand is detached, revealing some of the mechanics in the arm and wrist, though it is included separately. There is also additional flaking to the foam latex around the neck, face and ears due to the age of the material. The piece remains in fair and fragile condition.
