A miniature bear skin rug puppet from Barry Sonnenfeld's Gothic family comedy The Addams Family. A whirlwind conjured to rid the Addams' mansion of two swindlers swept up the family's bear skin rug, which then bit Tully Alford's (Dan Hedaya) hindquarters.

This puppet is constructed of foam latex molded to resemble a polar bear and hand-punched with white synthetic fur. An aluminum puppeteering rod designed to manipulate the bear's face for SFX inserts is inset into the bottom. The foam remains fragile from production use and age, and the lot should be handled with caution. Dimensions: 22" x 33" x 4" (56 cm x 84 cm x 10 cm)
