Framed USS Montana wreckage photos made for the production of James Cameron's underwater sci-fi thriller The Abyss. A dive team finds an alien life form while exploring the wreckage of a lost nuclear submarine. The crew is seen examining a series of photos of the USS Montana that have been stitched together before their dangerous dive.
These series of photos are stitched together in the same fashion as seen in the film. Each photo is printed on glossy paper and are the originals used to make the photocopies seen in the film. The piece is presented in a frame in order to maintain how the photos appear in the film.
This piece shows some signs of wear, including some scratching to the frame, but is in overall good condition.
