Scene Reference: In "The End" (S3, E7), Count Olaf is fatally shot by Ishmael with a harpoon gun through Sunny's diving helmet while pretending to be a pregnant Kit Snicket and trying to recapture the Baudelaires one last time. The arrow pierces the helmet releasing the deadly Medusoid Mycelium and contaminating the entire Island.
