Six of Ray Harryhausen's reference stills from the production of Nathan H. Juran's fantasy adventure The 7th Voyage of Sinbad. This lot comes from Harryhausen's personal collection.
This set comprises two behind-the-scenes images, both featuring Harryhausen with some of his models, and four black-and-white stills, two of which feature the cyclops and the roc.
Each still features the film's title handwritten by Harryhausen on the back, and the image of Harryhausen and four of his models is labelled "Ray H and Models" in Harryhausen's hand. Dimensions (largest): 20.5 cm x 25.5 cm (8" x 10")

This lot comes from the Ray & Diana Harryhausen Foundation, a collection of items from the long and illustrious career of special effects and animation legend Ray Harryhausen. Proceeds from this auction will assist with the Foundation's future projects, including the ongoing preservation of Harryhausen's creature collection.
