A silver medical centre clipboard from Juan Carlos Fresnadillo’s 2007 zombie thriller 28 Weeks Later; the sequel to 28 Days Later.
28 Weeks Later picks up six months after the Rage Virus has decimated the city of London. The US Army has restored order and is repopulating the quarantined city, including Don (Robert Carlyle) and his children Tammy (Imogen Poots) and Andy (Mackintosh Muggleton) who are unaware that he left their mother Alice (Catherine McCormack) to die. Then a carrier of the Rage Virus enters London, re-igniting the deadly infection and the nightmare begins... again.
This piece is a silver medical centre clipboard with six medical forms attached to it, filled in on behalf of Alice Harris after she miraculously returns. This prop is not obviously visible on screen but is crucial to the plot. When Major Scarlet Levy (Rose Byrne) examines Alice she finds that she has been bitten and infected yet displays no symptoms and might carry the antidote to Rage in her blood. Later her son, Andy, who shares her heterochromia iridium, shows he has the same immunity.
This piece shows some signs of handling and production use but nonetheless remains in very good condition.
Materials: Plastic, Paper, Ferrous Metals.
