Dr. Heywood Floyd's (Roy Scheider) jumpsuit from Peter Hyams' 2010: The Year We Make Contact. Floyd wore his jumpsuit aboard the Leonov while he worked with the Russians to investigate Discovery's fate, including the reason for the HAL 9000 malfunction.

This gray polyester jumpsuit features 10 metal zippers and a Western Costume Co. tag numbered "2996 I" and marked for "Roy Schieder [sic]." The lot is believed to be a production backup, as there is no evidence of the patches seen in the film having been attached, though the jumpsuit is labeled for the actor. It exhibits some discoloration from age.
