Three previously unpublished prints of behind-the-scenes photographs from the production of Stanley Kubrick's sci-fi masterpiece 2001: A Space Odyssey, with the original slides. This lot comes from the personal collection of renowned stills photographer Keith Hamshere.

These three images, printed for the very first time by the photographer, depict Keir Dullea as Dr. Dave Bowman floating in HAL's processor core, stood pensively behind a control panel, and in a neoclassical bedroom in the film's final sequence. The set is believed never to have been previously published in the 56 years since the production, making this an incredibly rare opportunity to own a unique piece of sci-fi history.

Each photograph is printed on Epson Premium Luster paper and autographed by Hamshere in black ink. Dimensions: 48.5 cm x 33 cm x 1 cm (19" x 13" x 0.5")
