Four prints of behind-the-scenes photographs from the production of Stanley Kubrick's sci-fi masterpiece 2001: A Space Odyssey, with the original slides. This lot comes from the personal collection of renowned stills photographer Keith Hamshere.

The four images depict Keir Dullea as Dr. Dave Bowman in his spacesuit, apparently floating in HAL's processor core; Kubrick on the same set; an EVA Pod; and Dullea in the neoclassical bedroom at the end of the film. The last of these images is believed never to have been previously published in the 56 years since the production, making this an incredibly rare opportunity to own a unique piece of sci-fi history.

Each photograph is printed on Epson Premium Luster paper and autographed by Hamshere in black ink. Dimensions: 48.5 cm x 33 cm x 1 cm (19" x 13" x 0.5")
