Mike Enslin's (John Cusack) screen-matched costume from Mikael Hafstrom's psychological mystery horror 1408.

The blue Hawaiian shirt matches the one seen on screen by its precise correlations of patterns and stitching. While staying at The Dolphin Hotel, Mike also wore a green blazer, charcoal pants, a dark navy blue graphic T-shirt, a black faux leather belt, a paisley patterned bandana, and a "Kahuna" watch.

The pants feature a "John Cusack - July 06" handwritten label, while the handwritten label on the blazer's inside pocket is dated "September 06." The costume is accompanied by a plaque that reads "1408 - John Cusack's Screen used costume."

The bandana exhibits intentional dirtiness to align with the beat where Mike covers up a wound. The blazer exhibits small tears due to intentional distressing.
