Lord Hrothgar's (Sven Wollter) sword from the production of John McTiernan's 1999 action-adventure 13th Warrior.

Ahmed Ibn Fahdlan (Antonio Banderas) is sent as an ambassador on a diplomatic mission by the sultan, but finds himself embroiled in a quest to banish a mysterious threat from Viking lands.

Lord Hrothgar appears early in the movie when the warriors first set out. He is the ruler of the settlement whose people are being haunted by the fearless bearskin wearing Wendols.

Made from hand forged metal, the blade is covered in detailed distress marks. The hilt is metal that has been painted gold, some of which is flaking away, with small curved edges and one face features criss-crossed metal detailing while the other is smooth. The handle is wooden with a golden coloured ring of metal surrounding it with small metal spikes at both the top and bottom. The pommel is decorated in a similar fashion to the hilt but with a padded material tip loosely held on with thin leather thong.

The sword has some wear from production use and age, but overall remains in an excellent condition.
