This complete costume comes with a flight suit, shoulder armor, helmet, knee pads, wrist guards, a belt, and boots. The navy blue flight suit is made by Blue Castle from 65% polyester and 35% cotton. The suit has a zipper in the front with snap buttons located towards the top. The suit also features a number of pockets located on the body and along the sides. The shoulder armor is made from foam rubber and has black resin shoulder plates. On the front is a chrome colored three star ranking badge that sits within an eagle. The production tag on the inside has been labeled as “Guy 11.” Also made from foam rubber are the knee pads which secure to the legs using leather straps that clip together. The wrist guards have a base made of foam rubber, and include an additional piece of textured resin that is molded into the top and attaches to the arms with adjustable nylon straps. The belt is made from rubber, and includes rubber pouches that have been sealed shut. The belt straps together using Velcro located on the back portion.

The helmet is made from hardened resin and includes an operable transparent black visor. The inside of the helmet has been padded with foam, and the forehead sports a silver colored ranking badge. The shoes are built using a tall leather boot that buckles together on the side. Over the front of the boot is a piece of black rubber, along with a small foam rubber piece that connects to the arch of the foot using a plastic strap.

The flight suit for this costume is labeled as a size 48” (122cm) chest, while all other items do not feature sizing information. Please note that this costumes features minor wear from production use and age, including wear on the coating at the top edge of the boots, and some loose glue on the Velcro for the belt. This costume remains in overall good production used condition.
