A prop ‘Daily Express’ newspaper used in the production of Tom Harper’s 2015 horror-drama, The Woman In Black 2: Angel Of Death. The sequel takes place forty years on from the original haunting at Eel Marsh House. A group of children are evacuated from World War II London and ultimately awaken the house's dark, ghostly inhabitant.
This newspaper and others like it would have been used in the opening of the film during the war-ravaged London sequence. The broadsheet newspaper consists of four sheets of paper, two printed and two blank. It features a cover story of 36 London districts being air-raided the previous night and it is dated Monday October 14, 1940. The paper is folded in quarters with creases applied to make it look worn and used. Distressed for use in the production, this prop remains in excellent production-used condition. It measures 58cm x 41cm x 0.5cm (23” x 16.25” x 0.25”) when unfolded.

This prop is an original asset used in the production of the 2015 film The Woman In Black 2: Angel Of Death. The asset is made available through a partnership between Prop Store and Exclusive Media. This is not a replica, but rather an original piece from the making of the film.
