A letter and wax sealing kit used in the production of Tom Harper’s 2015 horror-drama, The Woman In Black 2: Angel Of Death. The sequel takes place forty years on from the original haunting at Eel Marsh House. A group of children are evacuated from World War II London and ultimately awaken the house's dark, ghostly inhabitant.
This letter and others like it would have been found by Eve Parkin (Phoebe Fox) in H. Jerome Solicitors’ cellar. She goes on to read it aloud with Harry Burnstow (Jeremy Irvine) on route back to Eel Marsh House. The set comprises of a folded sheet of paper and a letter addressed to Nathaniel Drablow as well as wax and a stamp for sealing. The letter is made from aged paper and written in black ink. It is folded into thirds and has a broken wax seal on the outside. The paper is folded into thirds with the address ‘To Nathaniel Drablow on his eighteenth birthday’ written in black ink on the front. The sealing wax has been burnt down from use in production and the stamp is cast from metal with a fleur-de-lis motif. Distressed and aged, with cases of running ink, for use in production, the set remains in very good production-used condition with the letter measuring 27.5cm x 21cm (11” x 8.5”).

These props are original assets used in the production of the 2015 film The Woman In Black 2: Angel Of Death. The asset is made available through a partnership between Prop Store and Exclusive Media. This is not a replica, but rather an original piece from the making of the film.
