A brown bag with evacuation tag used in the production of Tom Harper’s 2015 horror-drama, The Woman In Black 2: Angel Of Death. The sequel takes place forty years on from the original haunting at Eel Marsh House. A group of children are evacuated from World War II London and ultimately awaken the house's dark, ghostly inhabitant.
This bag and others like it would have been carried by Edward (Oaklee Pendergast) when he was evacuated from London to Eel Marsh House. The bag is made from brown wool with a drawstring fastening. There are a number of worn areas that are patched up with tartan and chevron material. Attached to the drawstring is an identification tag used in the evacuation process. The tag reads ‘London County Council School Number 257’. There is also a masking tape label which reads ‘EDWARD’ secured to the front of the bag. Distressed and worn for use in production with some loose stitching, the bag and tag remain in very good used condition. It measures approximately 50cm x 43.5cm x 1.5cm (19.75” x 17.25” x 0.5”).

This prop is an original asset used in the production of the 2015 film The Woman In Black 2: Angel Of Death. The asset is made available through a partnership between Prop Store and Exclusive Media. This is not a replica, but rather an original piece from the making of the film.
