Andrew Neiman's (Miles Teller) tom drum from Damien Chazelle's psychological drama Whiplash. Neiman, an ambitious jazz drum student at Shaffer Conservatory, played his drums throughout the film while learning under the abusive Terence Fletcher (J. K. Simmons). This drum, while from production, was ultimately unseen on screen.
This lot consists of a floor tom with a wooden shell featuring a glossy burgundy finish, metal tension rods, a decal reading "Force," and a white drumhead. The finish exhibits scratching and the head exhibits extensive scuff marks from drumming.
