A torah scroll from David S. Goyer’s 2009 horror The Unborn.

Torahs were destroyed in the scene in which Rabbi Sendak (Gary Oldman) sees a deformed dog in his synagogue. A disclaimer at the end of the film asserts that no actual Torahs were destroyed in the making of the film. The scroll features printed Hebrew text on paper wrapped around a wooden centre.

The scroll has wear from production use and age, including creased paper where it has been hastily wrapped back up. Overall it remains in very good condition.

Materials: Wood, Paper.
