An original sketch of Grampa Simpson from the production of Matt Groening’s animated sitcom The Simpsons. The television series started in 1989 and satirises American life, culture and society.

The sketch is hand drawn in grey pencil on a single sheet of paper. It shows Grampa Simpson carrying a muleta over his left forearm, his right arm aloft, in a matador pose. The paper has elongated holes punched along the bottom to ensure that it was held securely and didn't slip during the animation process.

The lot is in excellent condition.
