Carla Lynde’s (Ingrid Pitt) trousers and autographed photograph from Peter Duffell’s 1971 British horror anthology film The House that Dripped Blood.
The House That Dripped Blood is a collection of four short stories, 'Method For Murder', 'Waxworks', 'Sweets to The Sweet' and 'The Cloak', all written by and adapted for screen by Robert Bloch. All four stories are linked by the protagonist’s association with the eponymous building. It stars Christopher Lee, Peter Cushing, Nyree Dawn Porter, Denholm Elliott, and Jon Pertwee.
These cream trousers are worn by Ingrid Pitt in The Cloak. The manufacturers label says they are made by M. Berman Ltd of Leicester Square and the words 'INGRID PITT THE HOUSE THAT DRIPPED BLOOD' are printed on the label too. The trousers are unlined and display signs of wear and handling, including pulled threads, creases and several stains on the fabric but the item remains in overall good production-used condition.
This item also includes a signed photograph of Ingrid Pitt, on set and in costume, with her co-star Jon Pertwee, who played Paul Henderson.
