Stock #123960

“I ask you to kill Superman, and you're telling me you couldn't even do that one, simple thing.”

A production-used script and screening programme from the production and promotion of Richard Lester’s 1983 action comedy Superman III.

Synthetic kryptonite laced with tar splits Superman (Christopher reeve) in two: good Clark Kent and bad Man of Steel.

Scripts were used by the cast and crew during the production and programmes were given to viewers for the premiere screening of the film. The script is a final draft copy and consists of 172 pages and a title cover. It was written by David and Leslie Newman and dated June 1982. The script is bound with metal fasteners and red card as a cover. The programme is card with a loose slip of paper showing a review of the film. The programme features a cast and crew list and the film title on the front.

The script and programme show minimal wear from production use with some discolouration and edge wear to the paper, there are also handwritten names written on each item. They remain in an otherwise very good condition.
