The Stone Roses guitarist John Squire's Trident 65 Series mixing console. This lot comes from the personal collection of renowned UK music producer and sound engineer Nick Brine.
Squire was a founding member of The Stone Roses, one of the most influential British music acts of the late 1980s and early 1990s. Their eponymous 1989 debut album has been declared one of the greatest ever albums by the likes of NME, Time and Rolling Stone.
This console was used in Squire's studio during the writing and demo recording of various songs by The Stone Roses. The console has been fully serviced and is in working condition. Dimensions: 75 cm x 99 cm x 29 cm (29.5" x 39" x 11.5")

This lot comes from the personal collection of producer and sound engineer Nick Brine. Beginning his career in 1996, Brine has worked in major studios and collaborated with iconic artists including Oasis, The Verve, Bruce Springsteen, Coldplay, The Stone Roses, Brian May / Roger Taylor (Queen), Nick Cave and many more. Brine now runs independent label Flip Flop Records, offering label services and helping artists progress in the music industry.
