A reference photograph used in the production of the Star Wars trilogy, acquired from the collection of esteemed special effects artist Stuart Freeborn.

This photograph formed part of a larger archive filled with references detailing the various creatures created for the Star Wars trilogy. It shows a maquette of the puppet Attark, a pet created for Jabba's palace but ultimately not seen on screen. The maquette is made in clay on a wood base marked "B" on a length of white tape and has been finished in red, grey and black paint. A second label marked "40" on a red circle: signifying Return of the Jedi in their labelling system: is sat on the maquette base.

Displaying some minor fading, the photograph remains in very good condition and is supplied in its original plastic wallet. The photograph measures 11 cm x 8.5cm (4.5" x 3.5").
