A ‘Vader in Flames’ patch made for crew members of Irvin Kershner's 1980 Star Wars - Ep V - The Empire Strikes Back.
While filming in Finse, Norway, crew members wore heavy coats to fight the frigid temperatures of the location. These jackets featured various patches relating to the film's production including this 'Vader in Flames' design.
This used patch features Darth Vader's helmet over a bed of flames. Differing from patches reproduced for the Star Wars Fan Club, this patch has a thin white boarder in favour of a larger one - a quality identifying it as an original crew piece.
The patch has some wear from production use and age, including some frayed edges and staining. It has been removed from an item of clothing at some point but considering its age it remains in a good condition.
Materials: Man-Made Woven Fibres.
This item comes with a Prop Store Certificate of Authenticity.
