A Klingon guard costume display from J.J. Abrams' sci-fi sequel Star Trek Into Darkness. Klingons wore their uniforms when they encountered the crew of the U.S.S. Enterprise in search of John Harrison (Benedict Cumberbatch) on the planet Kronos.

This costume consists of a breastplate; a pair of shoulder guards with an elastic harness; a scarf; a long-sleeved shirt (size XL); an undershirt (size XL); a pair of gloves; a pair of arm bracers; a codpiece; a pair of trousers (approximate waist size 28); a pair of thigh guards; a pair of knee pads; a helmet; a Klingon disruptor; and a pair of boots (US size 15).

The breastplate, shoulder guards, thigh guards, knee pads, arm bracers and codpiece are all made of foam rubber and mimic elephant hide by incorporating faux leather created from China silk and terry cloth. The scarf is made of a synthetic material and is lined with spandex. The long-sleeved shirt is a black spandex sports shirt with glossy, textured sleeves made of faux leather, while the undershirt is also a black Spandex sports shirt, and the gloves are made of black leather and suede.

The trousers are the same textured synthetic material as the sleeves and include black nylon suspenders. The helmet is made of dense urethane and is finished in metallic silver and grey. The boots are made of black neoprene and rubber, and are distressed with dirt. The disruptor is painted in metallic shades of silver and is made of foam urethane.

The costume has been mounted on a custom-made display featuring the film's title. It features handwritten wardrobe labels, with many of the pieces marked with the actor's name. Also included are wardrobe tags with handwritten notes about the costumes. Dimensions (displayed): 40 cm x 64 cm x 204 cm (15¾" x 25¼" x 80¼")
