Star Trek III: The Search For Spock

Production Photograph of Study Artwork - POV of Genesis Caverns

Stock #33939

A Production Photograph of Study Artwork used during the making of Leonard Nimoy's 1984 sci-fi sequel, Star Trek III: The Search for Spock. In the film, Admiral Kirk (William Shatner) returns to the Genesis planet to retrieve the body of his dear friend, Spock. This photographed matte painting was used by the film crew as a means of visualizing key sequences during pre-production. This photograph depicts David's point of view as he stands on a cliff before a massive cavern on the Genesis planet. Printed on glossy photo paper, this image measures approximately 8.5" x 11" (22cm x 28cm) shows minor yellowing to the paper due to age, however it remains in otherwise very good production used condition.
