A "The Assignment" second draft script used during the filming of the fifth episode of the fifth season of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. In the episode, Keiko O'Brien (Rosalind Chao) returns to Deep Space Nine from a trip to Bajor and tells her husband Miles (Colm Meaney) that she is not actually Keiko but an entity possessing her body.

This script includes pages of dialogue printed on white paper with the front and back cover made from red cardstock. The cover features the title of the episode along with the date of the version, "July 23, 1996".

This three-hole punched script is bound with two brass colored brads, and remains in good production used condition.
